I know EXACTLY how I feel about this, and it is FREAKIN' AWESOME! I only have 3 different kinds; but I do have some back-up in my pantry. This pretty much rocks, I say.
You might want to consider purchasing stock in the French's Mustard company OR at least check out their web page at www.frenchs.com. They have some GREAT recipes!
Yes mustard is so important in our house that we have an entire shelf in our fridge devoted to it.
